Communication formats available for participating in the SECyTA 2023 are the following:
When submitting the abstract, authors should select the preferred communication option, one of the topics of the meeting and whether they apply for the “José Antonio García Domínguez Award” for young researchers (see requirements).
The scientific committee, depending on the topic and time availability across the program, will select some oral communications for the program.
The presenting author must be registered and pay the corresponding registration fee. Each registered author could present a maximum of two communications.
The student scholarships offered by SECyTA to eligible applicants will cover registration fees and a limited amount for travel expenses. However, such students will be required to pay the registration fee in advance, which will be reimbursed together with the travel funding at the SECyTA General Assembly to be held at the meeting venue (October 17, 2023).
Participants are encouraged to submit their innovative work to the virtual special issue (VSI) in the Journal of Chromatography A devoted to the SECyTA-2023 meeting in Mallorca.
