The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches on 16 and 17, Conference Dinner, a copy of the proceedings (PDF) and certificate of attendance.

Write in the “Comments” field of the online registration form: “SECyTA GRANT”, select the corresponding fee and bank transfer payment option and submit the form. If you are finally awarded the scholarship, you will still have to pay the registration fee, which will be returned by SECyTA together with the scholarship amount to partially support travel expenses. All of the above will be paid at the SECyTA General Assembly to be held on October 17, 2023.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees are non-transferable.
All refund requests must be received by email at: olga@activacongresos.com
Cancellation on or before September 30th, 2023: Full refund, less 80 Eur for administration fees.
Thereafter no refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend.
